How to Make Ashwagandha Tea

I stumbled upon a bottle of Organic Ashwagandha while shopping recently and read it’s label:

“Ashwagandha, also known as Indian Ginseng, is revered for its ability to combat stress, which can help boost mental clarity. It can also be taken with milk and honey before bed to promote a calm and restful night’s sleep.”

...sounds like liquid gold! Let’s give it a try.
