We want you to be happy and fully satisified with your purchase! Unopened Pointe Paint in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of hosiery products, our Microfiber Tights are final sale.
Once we receive your return, we inspect the return or exchange. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed and refunds will be applied to your original form of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the same email address provided at checkout, indicating that a refund has been issued.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10-14 business days to appear in your bank account due to processing times that can vary for different financial organizations.
